Colorado Campaign for Safe Access

With the launch of the Colorado Campaign for Safe Access (CCSA), Sensible Colorado has solidified its role as the primary resource for Colorado’s medical marijuana patients and caregivers. The CCSA is a shared project of Sensible Colorado and Americans for Safe Access (www.safeaccessnow.org) and is designed to provide information and protection for Colorado’s medical marijuana patients, caregivers, and compassion clubs.

Please see the medical marijuana portion of the Sensible Colorado website which addresses the wide variety of issues and problems faced by patients and caregivers in Colorado. This website also contains numerous legal resources including sample motions and briefs for use in patient/caregiver defense.

As part of this Campaign, Sensible Colorado is tracking pending medical marijuana criminal cases to determine trends and wage effective legal battles to secure access to this valuable medicine.
