Sensible Colorado has been advocating for medical marijuana patients and providers since 2004. Our work helped launch the dispensary model back in 2007, and in 2010 Sensible Colorado’s advocacy secured an annual fee-waiver for poor patients on the medical marijuana registry. Currently, we are fighting for patient rights at the state legislature and across Colorado.

Sensible Colorado has been involved in pretty much every marijuana law change in Colorado– including the legalization of marijuana for healthy adults in Breckenridge.
