Colorado’s historic constitutional amendment legalizing medical marijuana for the patients and caregivers. 

C.R.S. 25-15-106 is the primary law regulating patients and caregivers.   

This is the implementing legislation for Amendment 20. It’s really nothing special. 

The Colorado Medical Marijuana Code is the primary law relating to medical marijuana businesses. It includes parts of HB10-1284, HB11-1043, and HB11-1250. 

These regulations are directed towards patients and caregivers. They are an essential read for all. 

The regulations are directed toward Medical Marijuana Business and were enacted in early 2011 to implement the Colorado Medical Marijuana Code. 

This Bill requires the Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division to regulate the packaging for infused products.
